  • What does the assessment/consultation consist of?

            An initial assessment/consultation is a requirement prior to joining any exercise program that I offer. It consists of a PAR-Q (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire), a Liability Waiver, Weight and Body Composition Analysis, Measurements and Plan of Action to reach your goals.

  • How often do I need an assessment done?

An assessment is needed at the beginning of every program and every month thereafter.

  • Why do I need an assessment/consultation?

An assessment consultation is like a business plan for your body and fitness goals. It needs to be updated and maintained throughout your journey so that you can stay on track and make the changes necessary as your body adapts to your lifestyle change. Think of it as an initial inspection with a monthly tune-up!
